Double Celebration
On Tuesday, August 15, we joined together at Mass to celebrate the Feast of the Assumption, rejoicing in the commemoration of our Blessed Mother taken into heaven in both body and soul.
It was a double celebration as we also welcomed Maria, into the Pre-Postulant Program. Maria will spend the next several months here working with the Little Sisters. Pre-Postulancy is a time of discernment and becoming acquainted with the Little Sisters and our work. It’s the first step on the journey to become a Little Sister.
Later in the afternoon, we gathered in front of the statue of Our Lady of Fatima to say the Rosary.
