Independence Day 2022

  • July 8, 2022
Independence Day 2022

For Independence Day this year we were able to rejoin the annual Palatine Hometown Fest Fourth of July parade. Residents and Sisters piled onto a red, white, and blue decorated bus to wave at the enthusiastic crowd and hand out candy.

Then Monday, we had an outdoor prayer service, followed by a barbecue including delicious hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, watermelon, and cupcakes. Residents sat dressed in red, white, and blue at festive tables in celebration of our great country.

We are very proud to be Americans and it is our honor to serve our Residents who, through the fruits of their lives, have contributed to making our country a great place.
