On Saturday, November 5th the early shoppers lined up outside our front doors waiting for the nine o’clock bell to chime- signaling the shopping to begin! The St. Joseph’s Auxiliary Bazaar was open for business.
Hundreds of people filled the auditorium trying to decide where to go first … the fresh bakery goods, the jewelry shop, the decorations, wreaths…..? There were items for every Christmas list, as the many booths featured an abundance of Christmas decorations and treasures. The aroma of homemade baked goods tempted many a hungry shopper as the bakery shelves quickly emptied.
The members of the St. Joseph Auxiliary worked long and hard for many months in preparation for the Holiday Bazaar. The day culminated with the drawing of the $5000 Ten Winners Club ticket.
It was a successful day as many satisfied shoppers with smiling faces left with their arms filled with purchases.
