The Hersey High School Love Bus made its annual stop at St. Joseph’s Home, bringing a busload of students, talent and love!
From the cheerleaders and their heart shaped, pompom performance, to the Orchesis dance group to the Show Choir, to the Baseball team, our Residents were entertained throughout the morning.
The cheerleaders started the show with some lively cheers, impressive mounts and a beautiful heart shaped formation. Next the Orchesis Dance Group presented a beautiful dance recital showing their skills combining ballet and modern dance. Between sets, the Hersey baseball players chatted with our Residents. The final act was the Hersey Show Choir. The 50 + singers and dancers filled the stage and the front of the auditorium. “If you didn’t know better, you would think you were at a Broadway Musical!” exclaimed Resident Bob Gurez.
As the very talented performers were leaving, our Residents applauded and thanked them for the wonderful show. Resident Ed Sims gave them a resounding two thumbs up!
Happy Valentine’s Day
