Twenty-two years ago, a group of our friends decided to hold a fundraiser to help with the operating costs of our Home. It was such a success that it became an annual event! This year at our Amazing Grace Gala we will be celebrating “50 Years of Loving Care” at St. Joseph’ s Home and 140 of caring for the needy elderly of Chicagoland.
This dinner auction is our largest annual fundraiser and will be held on Sunday, April 24 at the Stonegate Banquet Centre in Hoffman Estates. We are honored to have His Excellency, Archbishop Blasé Cupich as our guest speaker.
Preparations are coming together as there are less than 3 weeks left until the event. Our Residents are helping out by hand painting wine glasses for our auction. These are just some of the special auction items that will be available to bid on.
