Congratulations, Sr. Grace Mary of St. Paul
On Saturday October 12, the chapel was filled with Residents, Little Sisters, family and friends who came together for a Mass in thanksgiving of the Golden Jubilee of Religious Profession of Sr. Grace Mary of St. Paul. Our good friend Mark Cregan, C.S.C traveled from New York to preside at the Mass.
During Mass Sr. Grace renewed her vows, “In the presence of the Blessed Trinity and of Mary Immaculate, I, Sr. Grace Mary of St. Paul, renew with all my heart my profession of the evangelical counsels and I promise God to observe faithfully the vows of Chastity, Poverty Obedience and Hospitality, which I have made forever in the Congregation of the Little Sisters of the Poor.”
In honor of her ethnic roots a German themed reception followed Mass. The tables were dressed in gold with a gold“50th”fall bouquet in the center. Bavarian pretzels hung from a copper stand with an assortment of dips to accompany them. After a delicious dinner, a troupe of German dancers entertained us.
Congratulations Sr. Grace. May God Bless you with many more jubilee celebrations as a Little Sister of the Poor.
Congratulations, Sr. Grace!
