Here at St. Joseph’s Home, our goal is to provide a loving home for people who need long-term care but cannot afford the cost of a private-pay nursing home.
Our admissions process begins with a phone call or email to our Social Worker, Debbie McMullen. She will send you information about our home and ask you for some preliminary information regarding your:
- financial situation
- current living situation
- current medical needs
If you meet our low-income requirements and your medical needs are within our ability to provide care, we will invite you and a family member to meet with us in person and tour our home. This interview is our way of ensuring that we can provide a good fit in our care for you, and also to give you a sense of what it would feel like to live here at St. Joseph’s Home.
